I'm intrigued by this new show on MTV called The American Mall. Supposedly it's MTV's answer to the HSM phenomenon. It's High School Musical for a slightly older audience. Seeing how it's done by some of the same producers, choreographers, writers, etc. of HSM, I'm sure it's got some similarities. It premieres tonight on MTV. Please have a classic ballad like "Gotta Go My Own Way" (I love to sing along to that in my car), that's all ask. Plus, it stars Taylor from The O.C., so that's a good sign, right?

Ahhh! I'm so bummed I didn't check blogs yesterday! I would have totally loved this. Did you watch it? You KNOW I'm a HSM fan. Even my 2 year old BOY sings the songs. And the HSM sing along on the wii? I'll kick your booty.
I know, I missed it, too! But knowing MTV I'm sure they'll play it at least 7 times a day. I need to catch it. And as for the HSM sing-along, I accept your challenge. Next time I'm in VA, it's on! After all, I did go to East High School...
